What WIN Actually Does
WIN helps WHC see what a person can actually do — not just where they've worked — and match that against what an employer actually needs, with evidence and explanation behind every step. It captures verified skills and experience, uses AI to help analyze job requirements and suggest matches, and explains its reasoning in plain language: what's confirmed, what transfers, and what's still missing.
A WHC staff member reviews AI output before it's used in any referral or employer-facing material. WIN does not make hiring decisions, and it does not use or infer protected characteristics anywhere in matching or reporting.

Built on One Principle
AI informs. Evidence explains. Humans decide. WIN never automates a hiring decision, never presents an AI inference as confirmed fact, and never fabricates a number when the underlying data isn't there yet — it says so instead. Every AI-assisted step is reviewed by a person before it affects a real referral, brief, or report.
