Privacy Policy
Effective date: August 21, 2026.
Whytehouse Collaborative, LLC (“WHC,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy describes the information we collect through whytehousecollaborative.com and how we use it.
Information We Collect
When you submit a form on this site (employer inquiry, job seeker interest, government contracting inquiry, or general contact), we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email, phone number, organization, and message content.
How We Use Information
We use the information you submit to respond to your inquiry, schedule consultations, and provide the workforce placement, HR consulting, training, or organizational development services you've requested. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Candidate Information
If you submit information as a job seeker, WHC may retain and use that information to consider you for current or future opportunities with employer partners, consistent with any consent you provide during that process.
AI-Assisted Analysis
WHC uses WIN, our internal workforce intelligence tool, to help analyze job descriptions and surface candidate qualifications faster. WIN uses AI to assist with this analysis, but a WHC staff member reviews and approves that output before it is used in any employer-facing brief or candidate referral. WIN does not make hiring decisions, and no automated system decides who is referred, interviewed, or hired.
