Our Mission
WHC provides leadership development, workforce readiness training, coaching, strategic planning, and organizational consulting services to government agencies, educational institutions, nonprofits, and private-sector organizations. We were founded to help people and organizations recognize, develop, and use human potential more effectively, with practical, locally informed solutions grounded in the realities of the U.S. Virgin Islands workforce environment.
How Our Work Connects
Whytehouse Collaborative is the parent company behind everything we do. Our core work — workforce solutions, HR and organizational consulting, and leadership and training — is powered in part by WIN, the Workforce Intelligence Navigator, the tool we built and use to match people to opportunity based on verified capability, not just résumés. Separately, and for a different reason, WHYTEHOUSE Cycling is our indoor cycling and corporate wellness line — a different kind of team-building, not a consulting service.
Melake Whyte
Founder, Whytehouse Collaborative
Melake Whyte is a retired Lieutenant Colonel with more than 26 years of military service in Human Resources, leadership development, workforce management, and organizational effectiveness, including service as Director of a Human Resources Office (HRO). He holds an Ed.S. with High Distinction and is a Doctoral Candidate (Ed.D.). Through Whytehouse Collaborative, he is committed to helping individuals and organizations achieve sustainable growth through leadership, learning, and innovation.
